Our services are geared towards the small to medium size business or professional organization that does not have the budget for a full time technology staff. It is virtually impossible to run a business today without some form of automated technology. With most small businesses today, technology support is often done by friends who are “in the technology field” and who already have full time jobs but are willing to lend support or by high end tech service companies  who want to install a host of expensive and unnecessary equipment. The problem with friends is that they cannot show up in the middle of your work day, when the problem occurs and the high end techs charge fees usually associated with large company support.  Quadra International has evolved over a 20 year period. As the owner of Quadra I have realized many of these problems in my own business. I have built a team of people to address the issues associated with providing support to all the technology problems facing a small business. The following is a list of our solutions.
